In line with its commitment to providing affordable homes for Nigerians, Jeso Global Concept Ltd, a registered developer with the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), has partnered with the Bank under the Cooperative Housing Development Loan (CHDL) scheme to bring low-cost housing to residents of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Through this partnership, eligible cooperative members contributing to the National Housing Fund (NHF) can own quality homes financed at a concessionary 6% mortgage rate—turning the dream of homeownership into reality for low- and middle-income earners in Abuja.
